By accessing or using OUTBND ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

OUTBND provides tools for generating customs documentation including CN22 labels and commercial invoices, AI-powered HS code classification, duty and VAT estimates, and profit calculation tools for e-commerce sellers.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • -Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • -Verify all customs documentation before use
  • -Comply with all applicable customs and export regulations
  • -Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • -Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. DISCLAIMER

Important: OUTBND provides estimates and suggestions only. All HS codes, duty rates, and VAT calculations are AI-generated estimates and should be verified independently. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all customs documentation. OUTBND is not liable for any customs delays, penalties, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect information.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OUTBND. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUTBND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
